The only award you won't be voting for is The Xuras Fellowship Award which has already been chosen a winner. We will annouce the winner's of this on Awards Night.

Now the next bit will contain information concerning the actual ceremony so read it carefully!

If you are wanting to watch but haven't been nominated

Okay, here's what happening if you want to watch.

You must be invited to the Group by Myself or another Member of the group. The Groups Homepage is here :- http://steamcommunity.com/groups/XurasAwards2009

The group will be given a password which will allow access to the server. For Regulations we will only allow non-nominationers to come if there is enough room on the server after everyone who has been nominated is online.

Non-Nominators are expected to behave, durning this event any gatecrashers who get on will be perminatly banned.

Anyone misbehaving will also be banned until the end of the Ceremony.

If you have been nominated.

If you have been nominated, well done. You will be given the server password before the event starts over Steam and you will then join Soul's Server.

Durning the Event you are expected to behave, anyone not behaving will be banned and all awards they get will be removed.

If you win a award, you will come onto the stage to recieve your award and you are expected to make a Acceptance Speech. Once you have done this you will return to your seat. We will allow you to take a dup of your award after the ceremony is over.


The Ceremony will take place on Soul's RP Server at the Yellow Warehouse on rp_downtown_v2 on Saturday 19th December starting at 5pm. This might change so keep on the Lookout.

Voting will close on Friday 18th December at 3pm. Votes cast after that time may not be counted.

We are trying to make it as authentic as possible but to do that we need to have a quick 30 sec speech saying who you thank etc.

You don't have to though but if you can't make it then you have to give me a reason why and who to thank so I can say that out when you win the award
