Steam wont start.

Okay, cant start steam. This happend when i got from dad to mom today, i start steam, but unlike everyone else, it doesent get to 33%, mine gets to 0% then says the servers are unavailable.
I have tried most of the shit on the interwebz and nothing seems to work.
I have removed clientregistry.blob, i have added that -clearbeta. I have tried removing some steam .gcf's in the steamapps folder, i have tried opening steam in Safe mode to get trough firewalls and shit, that just tells me there is no steam login on this computer.

that doesnt work either if you have steam beta ui : ) just right click on your steam icon -> properties -> in there add -clearbeta in the target area/bar after all the shite and its done, btw, did you know there was this thing called google :O ? yeah it allows you to search stuff in the internet, pretty cool huh ? btw if you dont have steam beta ui, stop failing

There's threads about it all over the place anyway, most people are getting it and deleting the blob files does work, your way Sona is just an alternate method.

I told you that i couldent get it to work by deleting blob files. And i have looked like everywhere, anyways, i got it working by having the computer off for like a half hour or something, kinda wierd.

seems like its very diffrent from person to person. Had the same problem a while ago, worked perfectly after removing blob.

I just started it up again 20minutes later and it worked

mine did this the other day took about 5 hours to "update" but it works fine now UI update screwed alot of servers up at steam buzzing machines HQ
