What do you need?
PHX (If you do not have this you can find it in are "addons used on server" section
Wiremod (You can also get this out of the above section, but i would recomend SVN version of wiremod (I've posted a tutorial on how to install it)

Step One:
Spawn one PHX metal 1x2 plate, frezze it and spawn a hoverdrive and then weld easy the hoverdrive to the middle of the phx plate.

Step Two - Spawning the wire stuff.
Place one add gate (Gate - Arithmitic) onto the metal plate, one Laser Pointer Reciver (Wire - Detection), one constant value(Wire - I/O) of 30 and 1 numpad imput(Wire - I/O) with the below details

Any Number
toogle: unchecked
Value On: 1
Value Off: 0

It should now be looking like this:


Step Three - Wiring

Wire add 'A' to constant value of 30
Wire add 'B' to laser pointer receiver 'Z'
Wire Hoverdrive 'X_JumpTarget' to laser pointer receiver 'X'
Wire Hoverdrive 'Y_JumpTarget' to laser pointer receiver 'Y'
Wire Hoverdrive 'Z_JumpTarget' to the add gate
Wire Hoverdrive 'SetJumpTarget' to Numpad Input
Wire Hoverdrive 'Jump' to Numpad Input

Step Four - Testing
Now unfreze the whole thing, get the laser pointer out and point it towards the laser pointer receiver then right click to link them and then aim you laser pointer somewhere and press the button you set on the numpad input to make it teleport!
