hmm lets see if im right.. lets say we are at the blue 1 and 2, its a turntable right? so lets say im driving on the "1" track i get a Blue output of 1, that indicates im on the BLUE 1 turntable thing, it gives me a 0 if the turntable is turning and a 1 if the turntable is not moving of the output RED

The switches are abit more complicated...

Lets say im coming From north to the switch "1". If i cant pass it outputs 2 as RED
If i can pass it outputs 1 as GREEN.
But what will the RED output be? 0?

Umm, you have the right idea for the first part, but they're stations, not turntables. Turntables are orange. You could ignore the red values for stations if you like, but they're there to tell you weather you're completely inside the station to give the train time to slow down, blue is the station number.

Second part about the switches are completely wrong. Take a look at this. Maybe it'll help you a little.
