Timing out... help!

Since i moved when im playing gmod on a server (havent tried any other server yet) im getting these random timing out errors. I can play for like 10-20 min, then suddenly everything frozes. I can hear people when they are talking (not chatting). But everything is frozen, i can look around. The freezing never ends untill i rejoin the server. Got any idea how to fix this strange bug?

Speed test result? Ping the server? and also what is the server address? Any friends that play this server - check with them if they getting same error?

I got out that its our net company that gives me net kicks and unstable net. Nothing you guys can help with

I have had same error kind of but it just times out for a few seconds then spawns me again and all my weapons go into 1 menu but it seems only on certain servers probs a mod but not sure what.

I get that Every day, The Guns All go to Weapon slot 1..

Must be a garrys mod bug rather than internet

If you get a lagspike, mini timeout or something they'll all go into column one. It's a general Source thing because it happens to me in HL2:DM

It has stopped now it may be when using certain tools since it seemed to be timing out a lot on Thingshappen's Test Server but also did Xuras Server but yesterday it seemed to not do as much unless it was lag of chips in wire since I converted my bank system to Expression 2. Any ideas?
